My is 'Processing' so I just queried it online via their website. Immediate response saying:

Hi Thank you for your message I have checked your account and your order as been despatched

If you click on where it says fulfilled it states: Delivery should take up to 7 days.

I think the point was despite saying '7 days' the item has been dispatched and such a relatively high value item would only have been sent via courier or special delivery which is 90% o the time next day
