Woohoo, mine has moved onto 'processing' now!
Although i don't know what the problem with my card would be. They better not be trying to con me out of getting this machine!What the Deuce?0 -

As is mine. However, a note of caution, a poster on HotDeals had the following email from them an hour or so ago:
PLEASE NOTE: You will be unable to reply to this email.

Our suppliers have informed us that despite their best intentions they are unable to supply us with all or part of your order.
We have tried to source the product(s) for you however we have not been able to on this occasion. Therefore to allow you to look elsewhere in time for Christmas all or part of your order has now been cancelled and your card credited. Please allow 5-7 working days for this to show in your account.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience that we have caused.

Thats sooo annoying! I bet thats what is going to happen to me. They've been giving me all this rubbish about the fact that i've been selected for a 'random security check' and they have to verify my details before they'll put my order through. I spoke to someone in customer services who said that there may have been an issue with the billing address which is complete rubbish. I asked him whether they were trying to con me out of my order by bringing up all this rubbish and he just laughed! :mad:What the Deuce?0 -

Mine says ready for dispatch and there was a problem with my card witch I had to correct by adding another card in.0

Status is 'failed billing' - guess that means a problem with my card? No reason why as used just before and afterwards elsewhere. Help?
