I use Picasa for storing & cropping photos & get on fine with it. However, when I've cropped & saved a photo, although it looks fine in Picasa, if I try to copy it the image goes back to its original format. How do I solve this please?
Thanks.
Thanks.

First off you must save from within Picasa, not from windows.
Have a look here for details.
Are you looking in the originals folder? This could explain your problems.
For lots of pictures I use export to folder. I haven't tried the relatively new save-as.
Using the star function then select starred pictures is a great help.

Afterthought - if you save, then right click on a picture and select Locate on Disk this will take you to a window where the modified picture is stored. Copy from there. Make sure you copy and not move.0 -
Thanks both. Had never heard of irfanview (sounds like a dodgy Welsh website :rotfl:) will have a look.

If you get irfanview, get the plug ins and install those, it has a thumbnail viewer which might be of use
