It appears you went to their India website. ICICI UK's call centre free no. is 08081314151. Its 24 hours and you can request for new password just by calling them up.0

I am also suddenly experiencing a problem logging into ICICI
I entered my login id and password and got a message saying the user id has expired!
Subsequent logins say my login id and password are invalid.
I've tried calling them on the 08081314151 number, but just get an engaged tone.
Kind of worrying, I have a rather large sum in there
It doesn't help that there is a fault on my landline, so I have to keep calling using my mobile and get charged for it0 -

Ah yes if you don't log on at least once a year they tend to assume your not using the account and the password expires..Its a security feature !
Edit its 180 days after which the password expires"The whole problem with the world is that fools and fanatics are always so certain of themselves, but wiser people so full of doubts."

Well, I called them up late in the evening and finally got through to them.
Apparently the old 10 digit login id has been replaced with a 9 digit id. I had to replace the first 4 digits of my old id with 3 new digits the indian chap gave me after going through the security checks.
Everything works fine, old PIN is still valid. The money is still there.
Shame they didn't communicate this change to me before they implemented it!0 -
well i asked to open a term deposit account using their secure message service and to transfer £8.5k. that was on 11th. money has gone from my normal hisave but no sign of this new account and no response to numerous messages sent!!!0

i opened the 5.65% one but wish i hadn't

or closing it completely?

i put £8.5k in on the 11th Jan. (6 months @ 5.65%)
if i close it now would i get 5.45% from 11th jan - 5th feb?
given that rates look likely to rise again in feb http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/business/6329395.stm should i just cut my loses and get the money out of there??0 -
Hi,
Can anyone tell me if the online facitilities for this account allow you to set up regular automated withdrawals to your linked account or is it a manual process only?
Had this with a Bradford and Bingley and it was very useful.
Would like to open a new account with either ICESave or ICICI, but would really like this feature.
I guess with ICICI I can at least open an account for £1 to try it, but ICESave is £250 ;-(
