Bought acer laptop yesterday. Couple of faults. Can I get a refund?

  • Ok so I can take the laptop out of it's boxes and wrappings and upon using it find there are some faults I can return it and expect a full return? Seems simple in writing I hope it's as easy in practice.

    Also, if they offer to fix or replace the laptop do I have to take them up on that offer or can I expect to be given a refund if this is what I request?

    No, you have a right to a full refund if that is your wont. I'm just letting you know what to expect.
