Pressurised HW system advise please

With my pressurised (domestic) hot water system the discharge pipe has suddenly started dripping 24/7. Cannot believe the system has failed as a fairly recent installation (but outside the guarantee period) and can only assume some adjustment required somewhere along the line (temp relief valve?) - water running at 1.5 bar. Any help appreciated. TIA
