At my local T where I get this water the promo codes are only on oranges and lemons water, not on lime and lemons, so I first check if the code is there, then grab. They don't have raspberry variety, though:(
yes my 2 bottles was lemons & lime so my tesco must have the same:(
they were the only ones they had,i didnt even think to check for the codes :o

I got the same coupon on the Heinz 40p off from sainsbury...but i checked with my supermarket it only cost £1.29 in sainsbury... why would you need to spend the coupon in Tesco its not cheaper and you can still get point from sainsbury.

You may of got away with it this time but it just make it harder on everyone else. Thanks.

Ditto. Misuse of other supermarket's coupons in tesco will result in a crack down (AGAIN) on coupon use in general. Keep it up Blackburn_W and all supermarkets will stop taking coupons full stop.

we may not approve of mis use
but as blackburn is a new member lets give them the benefit of the doubt and hopefully they've seen our replies and will learn from it.

  • Just got back from Mr T, and I consider this one of the best trips I've ever had for coupons :j

Over £70 reduced to just a smidgen over £20 :eek:. It took me 40 mins to put all the stuff in cupboards and do stock rotation when I got home.

I did have to laugh though, the couple behind me at the checkout were tutting because I was taking so long to pack (I have a system) and it was obviously such a terrible inconvenience for them. But their tutting soon turned to quiet intrigue as they were gingerly trying to work out what the blue folder was I pulled out my bag. This quiet intrigue turned in to visible astonishment as the cashier started scanning coupons and my price kept getting lower and lower and lower.

Afterwards I said to the cashier, loud enough for them to hear, what my starting and ending figures were and didn't I do well today. The looks on their faces was priceless. They looked at each other with their mouths wide open like they'd just been Tango'd. Put that in your pipe and tut on it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Amongst my voucher bounty I managed to use from the thread 12 x Campbells soup, 8 x Surf, 2 x Domestos. I also had £20 in double clubcard exchange for cat food (all points from found receipts :D), various clubcard offers vouchers, and a myriad of all sorts of random coupons I've clipped/printed for various other things over the last month and a bit.

It was a well planned shopping trip which went smoothly, found unexpected further discounts in store, and the cashier didn't question a single thing  But like I said, it's important to profile them which is why I walk up and down all of them to pick a young guy who's just up for getting the job done, doesn't want a fuss and can be bowled over with a wink and be left thinking he's gods gift to women :rotfl:

And the icing on the cake was by my feet at the checkout was a receipt with 20 unclaimed clubcard points on, which I promptly took straight to CS because I'm so helpful :A

Thanks to MT and everybody who contributes for making it possible to improve my standard of living without spending anything extra. Love to you all x

    Hi Everyone

I finally plucked up the courage to try this couponing thing. I've just got back from a little test run at Mr T's. The non coupon amount was £18.99, with coupons £5.60. Which I didn't think was bad forna first test run. Trolly consisted of 6 x Campbell's condensed soup 50p - 20p coupon = 30p, 4 x Dr Peppers (2 for 1.80) scanned coupon = 99p each, 2 x Blue Diamond Almonds, Air Wick starter kit half price £4.10 - £1.00 = £3.10, Sharwoods Saab aloo sauce 1 x free jar coupon, Always liners £1.00 - 50p coupon.

Not bad for a newbie.
