Being new to couponing, in supermarkets anyway, I've been amazed at the re-actions of some of the SA's. You would have though that handling coupons everyday they would get some sort of inkling of where they are coming from and cash in themselves??
Helped out a lovely young SA in Boots the other day when getting some Dove and pointed her to Facebook/Unilever VIP.
I think there is quite a bit of jealousy/enviousness when things like Flora/Domestos etc are going through free, but only from some SA's - some of them actually smile and the odd one justs laughs.

You are right, quite a lot of SA's hate coupon users, they act as though they are paying us the money out of their wages. :(:(

Unfortunately this does make it hard for us coupon users, but hey, we know the rules better than they do and will carry on saving money in this way.

I have to say though that I have noticed more and more SA's are scared of accepting coupons and will say "I just need to check if I can accept this as I got in trouble last week for accepting a coupon".

    Morning All

I agree, I have tried to use my dove coupon on a few separate occasions in boots recently and different SA's have given me different reaons as to why they would not accept them.

One even said it was because coupon said damage therapy and the shampoo I was purchasing said hair therapy. Went back to look at Dove products on the shelf and they all said damage therapy on them :mad:

Loving the new Campbells coupn and will be using in my shop on Saturday

Does anyone know if all the Dove haircare items are on offer in M or if it is just shampoo and conditioner. I use the heat dedfence spray and so would be grate to use MOC with this

in which stores can these coupons be used please???
  • just wondered if anyone had used the coupons in Sainsburys and do they scan at 82p.
The soups are 82p in Tesco and 59p in Sainsburys but the coupon barcode ends in 0820 which suggests 82p
  • Just discovered that my 18 month old DD is great for wombling!! Nipped into Mr T's for some free custard so didn't really want to put her in a big trolley just for little pots of custard lol so just let her walk with me, so while I'm busy putting the custard through the SS tills she's emptying the bin of thrown away reciepts and putting them in my bag!! :rotfl::rotfl:

Off to pricecheck some of them now! ;):D
