Have recently received my virgin cc but not sure when statements are generated. Am off on holiday next week and waiting for my dd to get set up so am worried that I wont make my min payment. Does anyone know when statements are generated, is there a date you could give me?

I was surprised at how little time they gave between sending the statement and having to make a payment. There is also a note on the home screen that says you cannot pay between 5th and 10am on 7th August so bear this in mind.

I got my email saying statement was ready on 4th August, it has to be paid and cleared by 11th August. Not much time really. My other cards give me 2-3 weeks from statement date.

It looks like the first statement was sent a month after the card was sent to me though, not a month after it was registered as I got it, sat on it for a few weeks, then registered it, used it to pay a vets bill a few days later and a week later a statement arrived.

The date in the month used for your statements is generated randomly so the only way to find out the date of your first statement is to ask them, or log in online to see the statement. From then on they will be generated on the same date each month (within a day or two for weekends / holidays).
