I'm intrigued by the OPs comment - which noone else has picked up on - that they can't get an account in Spain due to previous banking problems.
Might I humbly suggest that the OP explains those previous problems because they likely explain why he has a problem, both in Spain and - it seems - with other banks like Natwest.0 -

Good idea, except for clause 2.1 in the T&C's
2.1 To apply for a Card you must be resident in the UK......0 -
Good point. No credit check though and when you have the basic card, you don't need to send proof of ID nor proof of address, it's only for the "total access" one, which gives you more services like "credit builder" or the fact that you can transfer money to a UK bank account.0
