Wow, this guy really is a money saving expert! Live rent free off of your missus and invest all your cash off shore! Sorry, I know it's not funny but this sounds very very dodgy

Do you actually have proof that he has any savings?

Then re read my post about throwing him out.
I made it in jest but it looks deadly serious the more you post about the situation.
  • Are you actually married? So you have 3 children, including a very young baby and your partner wants you to get back to work pronto so you can pay all the bills and he can carry on putting all his wages into an offshore account that you have no access to...?

    hmmmm

My next question would be, why are you worried about him leaving exactly?? I can't get over that he's actually threatening to leave you and his children if he has to hand over any of his wages for bills. Does he have any family you can talk to about this?? Sorry, but if it were me I'd let him go ... and get the CSA all over him.

So he lives off you in order that he can save all of his earnings for himself. That is shocking. Is it true or are you making it up? Which country is this nest egg of his in?

I have never heard the like and am tempted to say he saw you coming and that he is now seriously taking the mickey.

If it is all true then I would suggest that you get yourself some legal advice pronto.

marriage means all is shared, you help each other out I may of got this wrong. Bad wife leave my credit card
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

It makes no sense, I know. In a pickle really. He's threatening to leave if he has to cover rent. I think it's relationship advice I need, not financial!

    i would let him leave

The OP has been wittering on about bankruptcy, repossession and loans on maternity for TWO YEARS.

Surely the penny has dropped that this waster you are with is just going to bleed you until there is nothing left at all.

Then I think you have your answer.
I'm sorry to be blunt but he's totally taking advantage. Your future etc is irrelevant if RIGHT NOW you can't pay your rent and priority bills. Getting a loan will not work as you won't be able to repay it. He needs to either pay his way or I'd suggest you strongly think about where the relationship is going.
How does he think not paying rent etc is providing for his children's futures?? Especially if that future could see you homeless...
