If you had already paid for the item then you had a contract with the shop
to buy the item at that price. As the contract had already been made, it was
too late for the shop to alter the terms of the contract and you are
entitled to the goods you have bought.
(It would have been different if you had not yet paid for the goods when
the shop discovered the error in the price. No firm contract would have been
made yet to buy them at the price advertised and the shop would have been
free to change the price.)
I wished I knew how online banking worked

Hi guys, been a lurker for a while, but noticed this - great spot
A thing or two, anyone think that ebuyer might be linked to samsung ? It would explain the stock updating constantly, as ebuyer sell out, samsung allow more tvs to be sold, also would explain the quick picking too.
From my picking 'This is a dropship shipment, direct from a supplier warehouse to your shipping address.'
Is this out of ebuyers hands? Ebuyer take the payment ? And Samsung send ? Maybe Samsung will send them out without realising0 -
