Hi all
Thanks so much for your comments, i've considered waiting a year and it is still an option, just always have the worry if i don't start now i never will - i'm normally pessimistic, this boost of motivation is very unusual for me
Thanks to all those that have said that they are in a similar situation, its def helped give me a little more confidence.
I'll keep on looking into funding etc, and start looking for part time work and also spek to my bank, it would be a shame to damage my credit report, even though i'm in debt i've always been on time with everything.
Also the reason i'll be able to pay off 7k is because i'm pretty much putting my life on hold to ensure i can shift some of this evil debt
thanks everyone

Perhaps if you looked for some work experience (paid or voluntary) to do in the coming year it would help keep your eye on the ball as well as the more obvious benefits. You could also really track how your savings are reducing your debt and sort of link it with going to uni in your head so it is like "I've saved X amount towards being able to start uni without having to worry about debts next year". Then you could approach it rather than thinking that your putting things on hold for year as though your working towards your goal of going to uni for a year.jenkellyxx wrote:Thanks so much for your comments, i've considered waiting a year and it is still an option, just always have the worry if i don't start now i never will - i'm normally pessimistic, this boost of motivation is very unusual for me0
