Advice on upgrading Natwest account

Hello,

Thanks in advance for anyone who answers this post.

Well I'm a mature student starting uni in September so I want a nice little student account. I already have my unconditional offer so thought I would get this sorted ASAP.

I have a Natwest current plus account and also a step account, I have just applied online to upgrade the step account to a student account becuase I dont use it and would really like to keep my current account the way it is. I was just wondering if anyone has done anything similar or if anyone knows if this is possible.

    Call a local branch. I wouldn't bother online - it could take forever, or more likely never happen.
