                    hello all
guess i'm just having a down day, but i need cheering up! I just feel like i am making no headway at all with debts.
I am in a DMP with payplan, but seem to be getting in a bigger mess all the time with bank charges etc.
I have now made sure all my bills can be paid online or by paypoint so i dont have to watch if i miss any dd's, which is positive.
i guess i am fed up of living on a shoe string. I am behind on my tv licence and they have just rung asking for £24. Which doesnt soundd much but i have budgetted every penny this month so I will struggle to find the money. I am hardly buying food and seem to manage to live off £20 a week for me and the husband.
sorry for the moan. just dont want to feel alone.
thanks for reading if you have

I'm not an expert with DMP's but someone will be along soon who will be able to help put you back on track.
Well done on tackling your debt, I don't think there will be anyone on here who says it was a walk in the park.....but it does get easier I promise. You're allowed to feel fed up from time to time...I certainly do and I've been at this for years
Good luck and don't lose sight of the finishing post however far off it may seem xxLBM Aug '07 Debt [STRIKE]£52,615[/STRIKE] DEBT FREE Aug '12 :jCap One CC £[STRIKE]5000[/STRIKE]/£0 - HSBC CC £[STRIKE]7500[/STRIKE]/£0 - HSBC Loan £[STRIKE]12,225[/STRIKE]/£0M&S CC £[STRIKE]11,500[/STRIKE]/£0 - Egg CC £[STRIKE]8750[/STRIKE]/£0 - Sains CC £[STRIKE]3000[/STRIKE]/£0HMRC £[STRIKE]3140[/STRIKE]/£0 - OD £[STRIKE]1500[/STRIKE]/£0Pay off ALL your debt by Xmas 2012 £14,128/£14,128 :j0 -

aw regret really sorry to hear that your feeling so sad. Have a great big cyber {{{{hug}}}} from me. I do know exactly how you're feeling - was there so many times. I think it ebbs & flows with this debt busting marlarky, sometimes you're really riding high & buzzing that you can have a reasonably good life if you shop around, are savy & live a frugal lige. But other times no questions IT SUCKS November 2010 I came home to find my oh sobbing on our bed because he was so sick of it - we were doing it for a couple of years then. I rallied round & bolstered is morale. Two days later he found me in a heap.
it will get better, it'll just take a while. I used to have a bubble bath with a glass of wine (OMG the extravegance!!!), have a soak & then spend some "quality time" with my oh. It'll seem better tomorrow xDF as at 30/12/16

I dont think there is a solution other than to keep going, it's just really hard (no more than i deserve though!)LBM- may2010:A0 -

Not sure if you do or not, but if you have a freezer you could take advantage of supermarket reduced sections. (i've done it tonight - loafs of bread 19p and the good stuff
Indian meal deal for 2 down to £1.49 etc all freezable) and nice a pick me up.
Good luck x0 -

            Just wanted to send ((hugs)).
I have "blue" days when I can't cope with life but it does get better.
Do you have any money in your budget for treats? A small treat might help you feel a little better xx0
