Legality of tenancy agreement...?

I'm about to sign a tenancy agreement but I'm slightly confused to the legality of it as there is a spelling mistake.
It says "Prospective tenants should have an adequate opportunity to read and understand the tenancy agreement before singing in order for this agreement to be fully enforceable."
The guy that is going to be my landlord isn't a great person (last year my OH lived in the house and the landlord didn't follow up a housemate that wasn't paying rent and so when she left OH and his housemates were stuck with the rent she hadn't paid and the rest of the years rent for her - which I ended up paying in the end) and I'm just wondering, if he kicked up a fuss about whatever (he's done it for no reason whatsoever before as well), could I inform him that the document isn't actually legal? I'm looking for a loophole mainly because it was a last minute decision to live in this house, I never really wanted to, and my hand has been forced due to the threat of being homeless.
If anyone could give me any advice I'd be really greatful

It's a typo. I don't think any court in the land would agree that this is some sort of loophole for you to be able to wriggle out of. What if the tenancy agreement insisted that you run down the street naked: would you do that? Sign it or find somewhere else.
If you require help for specific issues you can ask for advice. We can't help with questions about what a landlord may or may not choose to do in the future. The problem with the defaulting previous tenant sounds like they addressed it in the correct way if they were all on a joint-tenancy.0 -
Thank you. I was just wondering as I'm not all that well versed on tenancy agreement legality.0

Since you haven't signed it yet, what does it matter ?
Just don't sign, if you don't want the flat.0
