The oven may have a child lock on it. Mine does and if the power goes off it restarts with the child lock on meaning its all working but there is no heat. If you can find the make and model you can usually google the instruction manuals. xx0

cant you download a manual from the web ? i have done this several times. If both appliances have lights on then the problem is with the appliances and not the power supply. I also think it could be a timer problem on the oven.0
