Direct Line Loans

I am about to embark on a PPI reclaim for an ancient loan, long since paid off, but it's got to be worth a shot!

The loan was with Direct Line, before they were owned by RBS, and when they still offered loans and not just insurance as now seems to be the case.

Two questions:

• Does anyone have any experience reclaiming from them, (have done a search but can't find anything), and any words of wisdom?
  
• Does anyone have any idea what address I should use? The loan documentation has a Glasgow address, and their registered office is Croydon. But RBS addresses are showing either as Edinburgh or Solihull. If all else fails I'll just send a copy to every address, but it would be easier if anyone is able to give me a clue!

I have an ongoing claim with them, and also the address, etc, but I am just on my way out so will look for you tomorrow unless anyone else on here has let you know before then. Good luck.
