I am sooooooooooo impressed with you lot planning ahead! I think I've done well if I plan a DAY ahead..........
Tonight is JM's special chorizo 'thingy'. Just chorizo - (from Lidl, costs under £2) boiled with pulses and potatoes. (Edited to add - ooops, I forgot, I squirt a bit of tomato puree in as well). Sounds dire, tastes wonderful.

I did my plan last night, but forgot to post it, so this is from memory.
Monday - pasta bake
Tuesday - garlic chilli chicken with rice
Wednesday - cheese and bacon omelette with potato wedges
Thursday - egg fried rice with spring rolls
Friday - going to the theatre so will be going to a Chinese buffet beforehand
Saturday - lasagne with garlic bread
Sunday - it's my birthday Going to Prezzo for dinner
