I ordered The Vicar of Dibley DVD Boxset on 6-12-06, it said it was in stock and ready for dispatch so I ordered it. It did not arrive until 23-12-06. When I say did arrive they had sent a classical fm most wanted cd.:mad:

I rung customer services only to be given a recorded message saying they cant take my call/or i am being on hold for15mins + each time. I have also sent them several emails and left voicemails. Todate I have heard nothing back from them.

I have looked up the complaints procedure and it tells me to ring or email the number and address that i have so thats incorrect.

Can anyone help me with what i should do next because i'm really unhappy about this..the dvd was supposed to be a xmas gift,
