Scottish Power capped price - being charged too much?
I switched to the Capped June 2013 version B tariff in June and got my first online bill today. According to the price list on the website, I am being charged too much.
Primary elec (ex VAT) for the Midlands should be 19.804p but I am being charged 20.859p
Primary gas (ex VAT) FOR Region 14 should be 7.076p but I am being charged 7.430p.
The agent said the price on the internet is wrong as it hasn't been revised. I argued that as it is a capped tariff it shouldn't rise and I bought something at an advertised price but am being charged more.
Not happy.

IT made a boo boo. When versionB came out they just linked to the first version on the website so the advertised prices were wrong. I have been switched to the slightly cheaper tariff and will be rebilled.0
