I plan on sending/giving ours out during February half term 2012. We're getting married in July 2012 during the first weekend of the summer hols. So that is about 5 months before the wedding. I have had one of my friends asking for a list of hotels/B&Bs, so I sent one out to those who will need to stay over. So in a way they have already been invited.0

I'm planning on sending out some save the date cards 9 months before and the invites 3 months before, asking for RSVPs hopefully 6 weeks before the wedding (need food choices!!).0

I sent them as soon as the venue was booked. You then have time to sort out inviting extra people should you need to.0

6 weeks before is very late, especially if you need to get numbers to venue!First baby due 3/3/14 - Team Yellow! Our little girl born 25/2/14
