H and D wedding photography

Mr Bouzad keeps claiming he is trying to help people but he did absolutely NOTHING to help us. We went to our credit card company armed only with the godawful emails he had sent saying we had to wait a few more weeks for our images. "Just ride it out", he kept saying.

We had to pay the photographer direct to get the images and had absolutely no correspondence whatsoever to say that H & D Wedding Photography will help us in any way? The only thing we got was a barely legible email saying that we could not take legal action due to some completely irrelevant clause about 3rd party involvement.

In addition to this, Mr Bouzad has yet to explain why he took thousands of pounds from his customers accounts without their authority. Then trying to explain it away with "it was a pregnant admin girl getting mixed up", "we have two brides with your name and took it from the wrong account" and "we are swapping the finance system over, it was taken again due to a glitch". These are the three excuses he gave me on speaking to him on separate occasions. If you are going to tell lies, you need to have a very good memory. This also stands when you tell us you are not attending our wedding due to your poor health, then an hour later tell us you can't talk as you are on your way to shoot a wedding. We did have a good laugh about that one!
