Guaranteed rent

I want to rent my flat and I am looking for a guaranteed rent for a fixed period. Apart from the councils doing guaranteed rent schemes, does anyone know of any other organisation that might give rental guarantees?

The only other way is through rent guarantee insurances, but it costs, and the tenants have to pass stringent tenant credit checks/references.
£50 per 6 months but well worth it. You shouldn't be putting in tenants if they haven't passed these scrutinies anyway
rentguard is one who provides this sercvice.
£50 per peace of mind in my opinion is worth it (not an agent for rentguard) :rotfl:

Ive seen quite a lot of letting agents round here that say "guaranteed rents whether you have tenants or not" Bet you have to pay management fees to subsidise this though:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
