Well, that is quite clear. You are stuck for 12 weeks. The only ways out are to buy them off or breach of contract on their part. With the next agent, make sure that the fixed period is no more than 8 weeks. To be fair to the agent, you do need to commit some time to them.

Spoke with the EA this afternoon and has, very nicely, agreed to terminate the contract after two weeks.
Still, was hard to explain to them why leaving - it's not about the time spent on the market but about them being the right people for us and our house.0 -
