My OH set up a basic account with Barclays three. Her opinion...absolute rubbish! She had no end of trouble using the online banking, he pinsentry is a pain in the neck and to add insult to injury, they froze her account because of "a failed security check with the phone banking" ...she has never used the phone banking! - and also failed to pay a load of Direct Debits set up for 1st of month
