£190k for a 5-bed detached house? Either the wages in Norwich are diabolical or us Londoners are getting crazy stitched up - that wouldn't get a one-bed flat in my neck of the woods.

    Looks nice.

There has to be a reason for the price, but I don't know what it is and I live in Norwich.

This is not a NFN (normal for Norfolk) house price.

Is that too cheap or too expensive?

VERY cheap, even bearing in mind that it's presumably a large new development.

Its a 3 bed with a loft conversion.

If you want criticism, the bedrooms completely overbalance the downstairs. If you really had all bedroom occupied you would be short of space downstairs.
