    No way should you just go round to the director's homes. What do you really think that would achieve?

    Possibly the police popping round to the OPs home to give a warning about harrassment?

    Help the dealer prove that the op was just been an idiot
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

    the purpose of a visit would be to serve papers that the dealer is refusing to accpet by post not to harrass or fisty cuffs...

    If you have directors, then you have a limited company. Then the only address you can be sure is valid for service is the registered address of the company.

    I think you need to read up on process.

    Generally it is the Court that serves. By post.

    Anyway, I thought you said you wanted to "have a word" with the directors????

    think the op needs to read up on the county court claims process, if not will fall flat.
    Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.
