Mortgage accepted!!!!

FTB here and just found out my mortgage application has been accepted.
I already have a conveyancing solicitor in place and have paid an initial fee to start to the search process. I've been told been told my mortgage offer has been sent to them.
Not sure what happens next?
Is the mortgage offer a document that I'll need to go in and sign?
Websites outlining the conveyancing process talk about draft contracts, deposit agreements and supplying copies of deeds at this stage of the process. When does this happen?

No idea, in my experience the mortgage offer has always gone to the buyer for a signature and then can be posted back to the lender :S
I'll assume you've had the valuation too and your mortgage isn't just 'in principle'... now comes the long long wait during which solicitors do whatever it is they do. Hopefully in maybe 2 weeks, give or take, and there's no major issues you' start to have input on what date you want to exchange contracts (and pay your 10% (ish) deposit) and possibly when you want to complete too.Trying to remain free of unsecured debt and build up some savings.
Have done CeFA and CeMAP exams but no longer regulated.0
