DABS - A WARNING!
I can not believe they get away with THIS .......
No problems until my nice new purchase FAILED after a few hours.
Return (Online) arranged and goods collected - great!
Then nothing.....
YOU ARE AT THEIR MERCY!
Emails sent produce an automated response.
The "After sales phone number" 087 number is a message.
The message is - use the online service!
(I wonder how much that call cost me)
After getting a very frustrating online - run around.
The conclusion is.... NOTHING!
I am STILL trying to get through to a person!
The tiny savings will cost you ... time/money/frustration.
The saga continues, 2 WEEKS and I am still
without money/goods/update.
YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!
