Ive been cuba 3 times in the last year and a half and im going again in october. I have family there !

Anyway. What i normally do is take half in cash and convert it in the banks and then instead of using ATMS which stop working sometimes is to go into a hotel and use there bureau to debit money from my debit or credit card.

mastercards only work in hotel bureaus now, on my first trip the ATMS had a mastercards sticker on them and my mastercard worked but i noticed on my last trip in May that the ATMS dont accept mastercards at all so use them in the hotel over the counter instead.
