    I would agree, especially if its happened more than once.

    dx052 - suggest you make sure your travel insurance is aware of this just in case something happens in the future.

    Actually they do sound like panic attacks. the same happens to me and I take diazepam. They calm me down even though I don't feel panicked.I don't pass out though I am the same with the early morning thing. I take some crystallised ginger and suck that too. Good luck.
