It's a tad small , i'd feel claustophobic in there. :eek:
That's very small and described as an 'additional room' by the EA - our utility room is larger than that (8' x 7') and I wouldn't fancy sleeping in there either! There's already a utility apparently, so goodness knows if it started life as a downstairs bathroom. It certainly looks odd with the tile (effect?) walls :eek:Mortgage-free for fourteen years!
