This has shown up today as a let - the Rightmove entry is an amendment to the sales entry which showed
- IDEAL FIRST TIME BUY
- IDEAL INVESTMENT/£595 PCM
So they wanted to hoodwink 'an investor' to believe they could get £595pcm as a rental, but have themselves put onto rental market at an initial price of £550!

investor beware imo.
BUT I do wish rightmove was a bit more joined up and indicated which properties were for sale when you're looking at lets and were for let when you're looking for sale.0 -
Thats a lovely house - when they were doing the cellar and loft conversion they could have easily squeezed everything in and made it a 5 bedroomer, but have left everything open plan - especially like the open balcony... fair play to em!!!
To me it looks like a shitload of money has been poured into that house - very good value imo for £180k
Just being advertised for abour £80k more then you would want to pay for any house in that exact location in my honest opinion!Debt free since July 2013! Woo hoo! The bank actually laughed when I said I have come in to cancel my overdraft.0 -
