Outdoor toilet and a coal store! Don't get those anymore......

And why does it say two bed where there are 3 on the floor plan? someone can't count

OK - so it's got NO Bathroom (a bedroom will have to be lost to fit that in) It also needs gutting and total restoration (not just a lick of paint) and judging from the state it's in that'll be a big job.
You'll end up with either one bedroom off another or going through a bedroom to get to the bathroom. Not to mention the 'jungle' outside

So for this property they want a mere £205,000!!!!!!:eek::eek:

    world's gone mad....
Penny: I'm a little low on cash.
    Leonard: How much you got?
    Penny: Nothing!
Leonard: How can you walk around with no money?
Penny: I'm cute, I get by.

I like the inclusion of the photographers feet in photo 11.

  • How about this for retro charm? I'm sure that must be the original kitchen and bathroom from when the house was built in the 1960s. The owner obviously likes yellow, orange and varnished wood :)

The house is well overpriced by at least £20,000 sadly.

And if you go to StreetView, click the forward arrow 4 times and pan left, I used to live in one of those top floor flats between Oct 2004 - Aug 2010. :D

Am I the only one who is selling their house at the mo. & dreading seeing it on this thread

    :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl: link! link!

To be honest, we are probably doing more good than evil - I reckon the rightmove hits for these houses will go up hugely given the number of users on this site and the number of views this thread has. No publicity is bad publicity :)

teh interwebz haz powers... even if they don't sell, the sudden spike of interest will confuse the hell out of the EA :rotfl::rotfl:

If I had the energy, I'd keep a list and do a "sold" tally! They should be paying us commission :)

It's old fashioned but looks well kept. I always feel a bit sad and wonder what has happened to the owners when I see a house like this. It was obviously well-loved.

So do I, especially when I see a house like the one in #672 which was on the market for the first time in 80 years and looks like it had been lived in by an elderly person. It might be a bit basic but it looked clean and tidy.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
