One of those houses all round where I would need serious convincing that the seller really DID intend to sell it - otherwise they would surely have tidied it up a bit better than that (even if there isn't anything that can be done to hide the fact that the extension wasn't very well done).0 -

What a waste of effort! They have clearly had a go at refurbing it, but its still being advertised as in need of renovation. It needs rewiring and new windows, you would have to take up the new carpets and replace the kitchen tiles to get some sockets in.
Okay...I can only spot 1 electric socket above the worksurfaces in that kitchen - therefore extra electric sockets are needed there. I'm struggling to see why the whole house is deemed in need of rewiring - can anyone explain the "clues" as to why they would think that?0 -
