Hmm, looking at the pic of the front of the house the house at the back of the garden looks too close for the garden to be as big as it looks on the pic.. bit of long lens trickery i think!

I think it's just a confusing angle from the front. I think the house you can see on the picture 14 is actually the other side of the garden belonging to the house you can see on the picture 15 (where it is hidden by the hedge).

You can judge the length of the garden by the number of slats and posts in the fence.
