They've already jacked the price up twice over the past 18 months. I think this could take quite a while to shift
Buy it quick! Before they put the price up by another £200K:rotfl:0 -
Just a few of what you could buy for the same money or less 'oop north'

I have seen this house before somewhere, but having put the URL into the MSE search engine it didn't match, so I don't think it's been posted before. Sorry if it makes everyone groan "been there, done that"....
It's obscene. Who in their right mind needs 21 and a half bathrooms for starters. That's before we get onto the personal bowling alley or ballroom.

ETA: found it, it has been in the Daily Mail before:

I seriously would not have that if you paid me (well, maybe if you paid me a lot)
A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

It's a fairly good indicator that money doesn't buy taste. Though who would buy it I don't know. Tiger Woods lives local to this and a few film stars. It's good to see a house that's out of the league of the average premier league footballer mind. Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing?
