    However, location, location, location!

Yes - although the location isn't that brilliant. Imagine it will appeal to someone who wants a crashpad in London, VERY near the station and who won't feel traumatised by the weird (and lack of) space. Depressing that the asking price is well over £200k though.

Is that a glass door to the bathroom?! Not very good for guests wanting to use the bathroom, is it?

Did anyone watch Phil Spencer - Secret Agent on Channel 4 the other night? I'm sure that the 4 bedroomed 1930s semi in Bromley has been featured on this thread (or the last one) before, prior to the makeover.

That glass door isn't going into the bathroom - well, not according to the floor plan. But then again, if you look at the floor plan there's a blue door that's very well camouflaged right next to it!

My OH's aunt has a full length glass door in their bathroom, and it's in the downstairs hallway. I went in one time - i'd never realised before that it was the bathroom. She was saying goodbye to some visitors and they were all in the hallway right outside the bathroom. Even though the glass was obscured glass, it was night time so I had the light on, and the toilet was right opposite the door! Needless to say I didn't even attempt to go. :o

    Why would you do that?!!

Thanks for that, jackieb. :o Yep the glass door leads to the hallway and the door seems to be part of the wall if the floorplan is right.

I didn't realise that was allowed.

I had to have a look on street view to see if it was right. The house next door and across the street are for sale too when the Google street car took the photos.

If they gave that house away free in a lucky bag I still wouldn't take it!
