in that particular area yes. cov doesnt have that many nice areas so where you get half decent houses in a nice area they are quite pricey.

That one's in Earlsdon, prime student territory (I lived there when I was at the Uni of Warwick).

look at the carpet in photo 2.

There used to be a show on BBC 2 (I think) and there was a floor similar to that. I can't remember what it was called but I think it was for children and they had to cross it, and the programme had aliens in it. It was a bit like the Crystal Maze.
