This house includes its own park, well as 40% of the photos are of the park it must! Which might explain why it is on the market for £950 more than the listing with another estate agent here (the more expensive listing is the newer one, which might mean that they think prices are on the up!)

Its a national lottery funded project called St James park near 'The Range' road. My kids love it, and we've been there quite a few times now and do you know what every time we've been ALL of the children there have played nicely and taken it in turns without adult intervention on the arial slide.:eek::o (and the mr whippy icecream van only charges 80p for an ice cream with sprinkles and sauce:))0 -
