That is very cheap for Putney. And it's share of freehold, so not a short lease which is usually what is going on with these places. And there is nothing wrong with that location I don't think.0 -

Thats what I thought, I had to look twice maybe they put the , in the wrong place!
Just looked on rightmove and down that road they start at 375,000 and thats for a 2 bed flat as below
