It's 600 sq ft or so, which is a decent sized flat. Even for round there, though, £1500/ sqft seems quite a bit

Haven't been able to find a good one for ages, and then this had me going :rotfl:

At first you think, that looks a bit strange tagged onto the side of the house, and then a few more pictures along you find it's called 'the summer house'!!! Hilarious.
