I'm really loving this new 'what the owners say' feature that's popping up on rightmove ads. I'd love it even more if they actually had to be honest in them rather than the 'we love it here, it's a great place and we'll be sorry to leave'. It'd be a great if you saw one that said 'we're actually moving out because the upstairs neighbour owns the national collection of dubstep CDs, which he plays continually throughout the night. We think the house looks great, but neither me nor my partner has even the slightest clue about DIY. You'll only find out about that in six months time when the no-more-nails dries out and all the skirting boards fall off. We're close to the great outdoors too - it's just a fifteen minute walk to the park, where you can join the local tramps for their morning can of Tennants as the sun rises over municipal dump'.

I'm loving the photoshopped sky in photo 5 too (compare with photo 6). Honestly guys, if you're going to cheat, don't leave the original in there!

Best bathroom yet? Not that it actually seems to have a bath or shower. ETA: I think it must be a wet room; looks like you have to step up into it.

In fact, the whole flat is pretty "interesting".

Ooh I like that. Don't care for the toilet, but apart from that I'd feel like I was in a Harry Potter film. :D

This is exactly what I was referring to earlier in this thread, the HDR photos that Ward & Partners love. And the vomit-inducing description, I am sure they have the same person doing this across all their offices!
Don't go down to the seaside, just pack your picnic, open the front door and walk to the rocks where you can spend a lovely afternoon without having to put the key in the ignition of your car.

In other words it's near to a park.
