I have never seen a tent with roof tiles on it before.
Jeez! We all know "deceptively spacious" is an EA cliche but why do they still use it for anything other than a Tardis? Laziness? This deceptively spacious three bedroom property stands on a larger than average plot and stunning views to the rear.0 -

Buyers can make their own enquiries for permission for dropped kerb, removal of boundary wall and partial reinstatement of railings, and permission to change the name from whatever it was before to "Meeks House".
I really don't know what it costs to do a refurbishment to that standard. Do you want to hazard a guess? It certainly looks good in the photos, although rather a lot of grey for my taste. No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0 -
On a similar note you may find this amusing:What letting and estate agents really mean

Liking pic 1. Is it a bathroom that wants to be a bedroom or a bedroom that wants to be a bathroom?

Pic 6 Either they had an extreemly tall baby or the wide angle lens is manipulating how big the room looks.0 -
Had a lot done to it in 3 years...enough to double the price, plus another £75k???
Plus the estate agents blurb isn't actually the estate agent describing it.

If it's so perfect in every way and they love it so much, I wonder why they're moving after only 3 years.
£300k profit (ok less substantial costs:p) might have some bearing0 -

Not much. Laminate floor, grey carpet, lots of white paint and a few retro style radiators. Kitchen doesn't look expensive.
I'd guess no more than about £30k for materials and probably less to the trade. They're big rooms, but there's nothing in them.A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.0
