Hipsters will love the original Belfast sink and cozy open fire in this period property

To be fair, it does have a £1 guide price.

It might be a Dreams bed, but I'd be having nightmares

Is photo No.2 even the same house?

Also check out the price history on Zoopla:

    26th Sep 2019 £499,950 Price reduced by £20,050
    30th Aug 2019 £520,000 Price reduced by £15,000
    3rd Jul 2019 £535,000 First listed
    24th Jun 2016 £480,000 Last sold

That agent is a notorious over valuer, almost every property of theirs that goes on ends up reducing and reducing and then selling as soon as they get the price right.

To be fair to them, I rarely read paper books these days. But I do read all the time.

We have loads of paper books around the house, but only because I am too mean to throw them out.

A huge assumption there, most photos do not show evidence of pets and rows of books and it makes sense to clear personal artifacts to sell as more of a "blank canvas" , at least for the photos. For example, the kitchen has been pretty much cleared out. Do you suppose they don't eat, or perhaps only ever eat out ? You have no real idea how they might lead their lives.

"scullery" in the diagonal cupboard at the top left of the back reception room.

Aren't you glad they didn't include a photo of it?

To me it looks like they've already moved out. Probably divorced due to the amount of time one spouse spent in the cave.

Maybe it was the only room in the house he was allowed in :rotfl:
