It has been for sale since 2017 and was previously student accommodation. My guess would be that they tried to adapt the room rental listing and got it wrong. The pictures from 2017 are much better than the current listing as well.

This one is funny, on since Aug 2012 at £110k, Top recent price on Nearby is 93K in 2015, one day it will reach that price. just 5 more years to go. Next door on the right did go from £98k in 2006 to £134k in 2007 and probably back down in 2008.
