  • Actually, redecorate with some taste and it would be a fantastic house..... only one problem......it’s in Blackpool

  • I'm surprised the planners gave permission for that extension, not really in keeping with rest of building.

It looks like it should machine guns poking out the top of the extension, like a Colditz watch tower.

The planners must have been smoking something when they approved that .......

There’s one between the bar and pool. Still a long way from the downstairs bedrooms though!

    That is handy.

You really don't want drunken people going for a swim and not passing a loo on the way :(

Five bedroom house in Yeoford, nice and big for £315k: Rightmove property-69485431 (I can't post links as a newbie)

However, it looks like the property has a bit of 'history'. Daily express article 196986

Shame the whole outside space has been concreted over, probably not much garden potential... :(

Needs must, I suppose! Doesn't look like a very 'adventurous' house, though.

Husband suggests this might belong to Owen Oysten. Footie stuff in the bar (Best and Messi shirts framed on wall). Apparently he's known to have suits of armour in his house.

Plus he's an EA so can put up 57 pics if he wants! :rotfl: Though it says "This property is marketed by leftmove". :rotfl:

    Nope.

Owen Oyston (Nasty piece of work that he is) lives in Claughton House in Hornby, I doubt anyone with a net worth of over £100m would live in a £450k converted Christian Science church a couple of doors down from the chippy. I doubly doubt Oyston would live anywhere in Blackpool either, he is hardly the town's favourite son. Despite owning most of Blackpool FC, the fans generally hate him and want him to sell up, so an easily accessible house on a main road would probably not be in his best interests.

Come on people, it's not difficult: lose means to be unable to find, loose means not being fixed in place. So if you have a hole in your pocket you might lose your loose change.
