Who says a conservatory adds value? They've knocked down the one on the back of the house and think they've added £225K to value :rotfl:
Still got 4 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom, the master bedroom with a very pokey shower room, a neighbour's leylandii hedge taking the light and its seriously overlooked.
