Why in these aspirational style shoots does the owner (model) always have their feet bare?.
Is there something inherently aspirational about bare feet or is it merely having the money to have underfloor heating?
Or perhaps the money to inject botulinum into their feet so as to numb the feeling of cold?
Who knows
A "take off shoes" policy indoors? - a lot of people have that.
Maybe a little bit too of "The floors aren't concrete - they're wood plank:)". Voice of experience time - having found latest house has concrete floors and they are noticeably colder (ie buy the thickest carpet insulation you can find to put underneath your carpets).0 -

Just a tad of a challenge:eek:. T'other word that comes to mind is moneypit.
The challenge being that one isn't just a Total Rip-Out - it's a knockdown and rebuild job imo. But then I spotted someone has had it Listed.....0 -
Owners seem to pop up fairly regularly on Welsh houses. I spotted one today, but only half of them was visible. Maybe it was shared ownership?Tea_Pea_Dee wrote: »Same question, totally different attire though! House is of a totally different attire as well.

That's first auction house I've seen in a while where I think the reserve may not be reached.... Horribly overlooked, even if someone had a burning desire to save it.
Hmmmmm....burning...now there's an idea...
It doesn't give one confidence that the owner seems to be living in the shed much of the time!0 -
As it's a new small estate (2010) there will probably be a communal LPG tank rather than individual ones.

If we're being fussy, the first one sold seems to have been in November 2009. They still aren't on Street View. Tastefully bland, I'd say.ScarletMarble wrote: »That property looks like it was built in the 70s0 -
